Cancellation Details

We appreciate the time we’ve spent working together and understand that circumstances change. Below is your cancellation link. By clicking it, you’ll confirm your 30-day cancellation notice.

Since our billing cycle starts on the 1st of each month, your final invoice will be:

  • One month’s fee (the same as your last payment),
  • Minus the portion you’ve already covered until the end of the current month.

How We Calculate the Final Amount

  • We take the amount of your last invoice.
  • We count 30 days from when you click “Cancel.”

Because our monthly billing runs from the 1st to the last day of each month, we only charge you for the days that fall within your 30-day notice period after your current billing cycle ends.

Example:

  • Your last invoice amount was $.
  • Your billing period runs from Invalid date to Invalid date ( days).
  • You'll be charged for the days from the start of the next billing cycle (Invalid date) until your 30-day notice ends (Invalid date).
Final prorated payment (from Invalid date to Invalid date): $

By confirming your cancellation, you will:

  1. Initiate your 30-day notice period from the date you click.
  2. Pay the final (adjusted) invoice.
  3. Begin the handover process, which will be completed within the 30-day notice period.
